If your keyboard order was “in stock” I still expect it to be delivered by Wed, Dec 22nd - if not earlier 🎁(USA only)

Did you get a tracking number & there’s no update?

  • Some labels have been printed & orders prepped, although not dropped off to the post office
  • A delay in quality materials was the hold up. It is now fixed and shipping will resume
  • Expect to see these label post in the system early this week (13th, 14th, 15th)


  • Pre-order White Keyboards - I have a restock delivery expected this week. If that’s the case, they will ship Monday (20th) / **check back Wednesday for an update**
  • Pre-order Black Keyboards - Shipping after Christmas, possibly New Years pending restock delivery **check back Monday 20th for update**

    I have messaged you on Instagram about my order that I placed way back around Christmas. I understood the email you sent about there being delays. But it’s been a month now without any other information. How can you say there are delays but still process our accounts with payments?

    This is my second comment for a shipping update. My initial comment was left 12/18. I ordered over a month ago. Where is my shipment?

    As a small business owner myself I understand the influx of orders Tik Tok can create, but don’t promote going viral if you can’t update or provide communications on orders. I ordered December 3rd and only communication I’ve received was a Xmas card with an image of the keyboard I ordered saying it would be late. You can’t hold peoples money and not reply to comments or emails, and not provide updates. I am fine if the product is delayed but it has been too long without an update or communication post. Meanwhile you’re promoting other products on Tik Tok…. So now I’m curious if anyone has actually received a keyboard at all.
